The Parvati-Valley is a beautiful valley, which diverses from Bhuntar in the Kuluvalley. In Bhuntar there is an airport – otherwise you can arrive by car or bus. Main destination is Manikaran, a holy place for the Sikhs and Hindu in a narrow part of the valley with many hot springs. From here a dusty roads leads further up the valley.
The best way to enjoy the beauty of the Parvati-Valley is to go by foot. Starting from the unique village Malana with its very own traditions and rules, you can walk via Chanderkhani-Pass to Naggar. A little bit higher in the Parvati-Valley there is a diversion-path towards Kheerganga. You will enjoy the most beautiful landscape in hot springs together with many Saddhus. From here you can also continue the long trek to Spiti, the Pin-Parvati-Trek.
